Wear Valley 4 v Willington WMC 0 - 21/11/15 - ground #397 - Parkside Academy

it was back to Willington again on this very wintery day. Had it not been for the 3G pitch, the game wouldn't of stood a chance. surrunding fields were watterloged, covered in snow & the paths were icy !
Wear valley led at the break 1-0, WMC had 2 good chances right after HT but Wear Valley took there chances and won this local derby. After the game, I walked past Willington AFC's (Wearside League) for a quick pic :)

hopefully my next game wwill be Durham City FC Reserves, who have left New Ferens Park & now play at Durham Uni CC aka The Racecourse Ground ! :)

Willington WMC 1 v West Auckland 3 - 14/11/15 - ground #396 - Rosedale Playing Field

after 3 Saturdays off with manflu, it was finally footy day again!! :)
an arriva day ticket was only required to tick off my 2nd Willington ground for this Auckland Charity Cup game. Both teams hit the metalwork & had good chances in a crackin 1st half, but in the 2nd West ran away with it. Next week, am off to Willington again next week for the big derby game, Wear Valley v Willington WMC :)
The big result of the day came at Tesco in Durham where I got a box of 20 strongbow for £4.66!! :D
