Lanchester & Consett cricket day out 08/25

After winner 555 006 sol to central station, I ticked 220 024 to Durham. Got the X15 from the bus station to Lanchester,  where I got 2 winner ciders in the spar and ticked the cricket ground too  :) 

Lanchester 2nd XI v Eppleton 2nd XI was ground 75 . Then did X5 to consett for the X45 up to the ground.  

Consett 2nd XI v Whickham 2nd XI was ground 76. I was hoping to watch Consett Blackfyne footy team on the pitch next to it but was off and played elsewhere. Wish websites would stay updated where games are being played !!

So I went back to the X45 stop and did bus to metrocentre for train to sunnyland 

Where on i had 1 my winners  

South Moor afc reserves 1 v Peterlee and Horden cwfc 0 - south moor sports club - ground 503 - 09/08/25

On way to the footy I ticked off Sacriston CC - ground 73 -  watching their 2nd XI v Eppleton 2nd XI 

Then it was another bus to south moor. It was a ground that had alluded me until now . 

All in all , 1 metro and 5 buses there (with a stop.off or 3)  , 2 buses and 1 metro home
