less than 10 mins walk from Newton Aycliffe train station, made this game a sensible choice. A heavy home win was expected, but Crook played well & deserved thier unexpected win.

Darlington Hole In The Wall 3 v Turbinia 4 - 21/02/15 - ground #367 - Carmel RC College

a crackin game, between 2nd off bottom v top, but spoilt by a bad display by the ref. Darlo deserved at least a draw.
HITWwill officially become Model T next season.
I intend to do more Crook & District league grounds in the coming months, 13 are required. Thankfully I can do the train to some of them :)

after the match, I visited a real ale pub called The Old Vic, where I ticked off 2 real ciders! I only found out about it 2 days before when I googled 'real cider pubs darlington'. Better still, its only a few mins walk from the train station :)
