after yet more terrible weather, plans were scrapped & it was time to look for 3G games, yet again ! This was my 4th new ground in a row that wasn't played on grasss. Paid another visit to the very nice Bells chippy next to Durham bus station on the way up to CLS :)
The game was a cracker, just what you need when the weather is shite! 
 I was very happy with this ground, as it was next door to Durham CCC. Its changed alot since my visit there in '96 which was a 40 over game v Lancs. Would've been rude not to take pics this time :)

season 2015/16 = 21 new grounds , 102 goals :)

Since the cricket fixtures were announced, I marked this game down as a definate!
Thankfully, the weather was warm & I'd saved a few quid up to enjoy the T20 with a few ciders :)

Durham won the 1st game by 3wkts & the 2nd  game by 1wkt - thanks to a 6 from Graham Onions with the last ball of the match :D
