Back On Track - Part 1

Almost 2 & half years since I've been out properly,  mainly due to various health reasons.  Northallerton has always been my first day out destination,  mainly due to the required spoons pub there,  plus its easy to get to  

After a short hobble to sol metro, it was short metro ride to Sunderland Station, where I purchased a GC day return to northallerton.  103 was said GC, which was dud, I only need 106 & 108 from the HT lot. 

After a bit of shopping,  including winners , I ticked spoons 196 off - The Buck Inn  :)

No winner ciders were on, so just a half of kopparberg strawberry and lime was supped. Buck Inn was also my penultimate required north yorks spoons, leaving just Ripon to complete the set ! Next , it was time for some fun ! The excellent micro pub The Stumble Inn, which generally has a good list of ciders and ales . 

Just 2 cider winners were on offer with 12 to choose from. Thankfully there was 2 bottle winners in the fridge, which I purchased to take.home. paid my tab, grabbed a jumbo sausage from a hot food van in the high street and ate it on way to the station.  

Got 180105 back home, so no train winners but a good day out nonetheless  :)
