Witton Park 2 v Wear Valley 1 - 04/04/15 - ground #373 - Main Street Recreation Ground

thankfully it was a lovely day for a walk , it took me about 50 mins to walk from Bishop Auckland train station to Witton Park. The buses are only 1 an hour & at crap times relevant to the footy. So I saved myself a few quid & decided to walk it :)
The home side's winner was a brilliant overhead kick! :)

on to my 2nd game of the day, on the edge of the lovely village of Barnard Castle, County Durham :)
My Grandparents often used to take my to 'Barney' for a ride out during school holidays, these days I'd often wondered if I'd see a footy match there. I still need the Cricket ground there in the NYSD league, so thats another trek on the bus, but its worth it :)
